New at ARV Group, we're pleased to introduce: Stephan Verboom

Leading change processes within an operational part of the supply chain, that's where my passion lies. And homing in quickly on the sources of ineffectiveness, and then going on to design the organization, processes and systems in a way that allows us to achieve the pre-established goals. 

The human factor plays a central role in my approach. I stimulate and provide steering when it comes to ownership and living up to responsibilities. I do not avoid far-reaching measures. In the last few years, I have been active in the fields of customer service, logistics, planning, production and plant management. The key words that apply to me are: bridgebuilder, hands-on, highly motivated and adept at communication at every level of the organization. 

For more than 17 years, Stephan has worked in a variety of operational roles; in the last few years, that has been primarily in the food sector. The companies he has worked at include Heineken, Red bull, Van Uden Logistics, FrieslandCampina, Kraft Heinz en Refresco. 

Since 2018, he is an associate of ARV Group.
