'Just do it' is not sufficient for the complexity of the problem and lacks a structured, project-based approach;
Symptoms are combated instead of root causes;
The potential of data analysis is not being utilized.
I prefer to combine substantive, process technology work with project management. I'm convinced of the value of a thorough root cause analysis and the objectivity of data. Both help to actually understand a problem and solve it sustainably. Measurable and assured results, such as increasing the OEE, make a project successful and satisfying.”
