Having grown up in an farming village, Erik attaches great importance to the sober, open, hard-working mindset that went along with his upbringing.
Erik has some 20 years' experience in the process industry, in operations, engineering, technology and continuous improvement. In addition, he has a sound foundation in finance. In light of his background and working methods, Erik is an excellent sparring partner for our customers, and enough of an all-rounder to forge teams on the shop floor as well.
Studied technical business administration in Zwolle, Utrecht and Aberdeen, and attended leadership courses at IMD and Ashridge, as wel as Supply Chain at Insead.
Worked and carried out projects in the foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and infant nutrition industries, on behalf of organizations such as Kievit, Abbott, Ardagh, DOC Kaas, Astellas, FrieslandCampina and Vreugdenhil.
Erik has been with ARV Group since 2018.
