I prefer a hands-on approach and always work closely with the people in the organization. My analytical capacity helps me to quickly get a handle on the background processes, which is where the opportunities for improvement are found. With that as starting point, you can go on to help organizations develop further and achieve improvements. Time and time again, that gives me the energy for the next challenge.

After studying nutrition and marketing, Bram has always worked in operations. He acquired a great deal of experience in the foodstuffs sector in The Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden.

Among other positions, he served as quality manager and process technologist for Nutricia/Danone and, as change manager, Bram helped to facilitate various change projects there. For more than 15 years he has been helping organizations to improve their operational processes. Bram joined ARV Group in 2012.
