My strength and competences? The ability to quickly get to the bottom of issues, to recognize opportunities for improvement and to translate that into recommendations or a business case. I'm open, aboveboard and able to express conclusions and recommendations clearly. My added value is found principally in due-diligence programs, and in scoping studies. I also apply my experience in strategic discussions at the board level. but I operate just as easily on the shop floor.

Jan worked in operations at Sara Lee for almost 30 years, in fast-moving consumer goods, food and non-food. Until 2010 he was responsible for all of Sara Lee's coffee and tea production sites worldwide (Douwe Egberts, Pickwick, Pilao, Maison du Café, Merrild) and all the concern's European cosmetics plants (Sanex, Radox, Ambi Pur, Zwitsal, Prodent).

Jan has been an associate partner at ARV Group since 2013. He applies himself primarily to providing (strategic) advice to food companies in the entire field of operations: purchasing, supply chain, S&OP, production and distribution.
