The organization and 'the steel' must both perform optimally, at all levels. It gives me a lot of energy to find improvement potential through good analysis and then achieve the result step by step.

Jan-Pieter is driven by Organization and Technology. By paying attention to the various factors - structures, processes, systems, performance and competencies - sustainable results are achieved. Determining and rolling out the right operational strategy ensures that the organization is maximally involved. He also has a passion for automation, data and innovation.

Studied Mechanical Engineering and spent a summer at Stanford University. Then worked for various corporate companies: starting with an operations traineeship at General Electric, in Petrochemicals at Shell and plant leadership roles at Heineken and Mars and experienced different cultures by working in Belgium, UK, Africa and Haiti. Switched to services in 2022.
