Sijmen has more than 15 years’ experience in Operations and Supply Chain. He worked as a Production Manager for Danone and Heineken. As a consultant Sijmen has helped organizations in Food, Life Sciences and Chemicals implementing continuous improvement and realizing sustainable change.

Sijmen has a Bachelor in Business Informatics and a Master in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente.
