We help to set up and steadily develop Continuous Improvement as a foundation. We are familiar with Lean, 6Sigma, TPM and WCM. We pragmatically use the existing toolboxes and add what is necessary. By setting up the organization of Continuous Improvement, providing training on the job and realizing in-depth familiarization. Which results in an organization with continuous improvement in its DNA.
