From 'Quality is owned by the Quality Department' to 'Quality is owned by all of us'
Quality management is an increasingly important theme in the industry and with our customers. The market requirements are growing and it is increasingly expected that every company is constantly “audit-proof”. Often enough, we see that the responsibility and accountability for quality and its KPIs is placed with the quality department. And not as shared responsibility and accountability across the disciplines and the management team. Our team helps in raising awareness and improving shared quality control.
